3. Coaching, Courses & Memberships

We offer personal and group coaching, self-paced courses, and optional memberships. Any advice or guidance provided is not a substitute for licensed legal, medical, or psychological advice. Outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.

Access to course content is granted for the term described at purchase. Unauthorized sharing of course logins or materials is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Assessments

By taking any assessment provided on the site (e.g., through Magpai), you understand that results are for educational and developmental purposes only. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

Your responses may be stored securely and used to personalize your experience or provide tailored recommendations.

5. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Refund Policy:

Due to the digital nature of our content and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. For coaching programs, any refund request must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the first session and is subject to review.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For coaching sessions and info calls:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

Group sessions and training calls may be recorded for internal or participant access only.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We may offer access to third-party tools such as Magpai (for assessments) and GoHighLevel (for communications and appointment scheduling). We are not liable for issues that arise from third-party platforms. Please refer to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees that the Services will meet your expectations, or that results will be achieved.

10. Limitation of Liability
